No. Previous insurance sales experience is preferred, but this role is supported by agency-provided leads, referrals, and marketing investment rather than requiring you to bring an existing book of business.
An active Texas Property & Casualty insurance license is required. Candidates who do not currently hold a Texas Life insurance license must be willing and able to obtain one.
The base salary range for this role is $50,000–$85,000 per year, plus commission. Final compensation depends on experience and is discussed directly with candidates during the interview process.
